Conducted a refresher training session for the Cambodia Airport Management Service (CAMS) at Phnom Penh International Airport (PNH).
On February 13-14, 2025, the Ground Operations and Commercial Department, in collaboration with the Compliance, Safety, and Security Department of Pattaya Airways Co., Ltd., conducted a refresher training session for the Cambodia Airport Management Service (CAMS) at Phnom Penh International Airport (PNH).
This training session was organized to review and reinforce critical ground handling procedures for Pattaya Airways' cargo flight operations, which have already commenced successfully.
The training covered the following key topics: Ground Operations Procedures, Ramp Handling and Loading, Aircraft Handling Procedures, Aligning Work Processes and Emergency Response Plan (ERP)
The Ground Operations and Commercial Departments emphasized the importance of adhering to standard procedures and maintaining high safety standards. Additionally, the training focused on enhancing mutual understanding with the CAMS team to ensure seamless and secure operations at PNH Station.
This session was part of the ongoing performance monitoring process to ensure that all operational procedures continue to meet international aviation standards and support efficient cargo operations in the region.

Meeting with Unilode Aviation Solutions (Unilode) to discuss the provision of Unit Load Devices (ULDs) and related specifications.
On January 17, 2025, the Ground Operations and Commercial Division of Pattaya Airways Co., Ltd. held a meeting with Unilode Aviation Solutions (Unilode) to discuss the provision of Unit Load Devices (ULDs) and related specifications.
The objective of the meeting was to explore potential collaboration in the procurement and management of ULDs, which are critical components in air cargo transportation. Discussions focused on selecting ULDs that meet technical requirements while effectively accommodating operational volumes and customer needs.

The Ground Operations and Commercial Department, together with the Engineering Department of Pattaya Airways Co., Ltd., paid a visit to the Director of the Airport Business Promotion Division, Department of Airports, to extend New Year’s greetings, express their respect, and strengthen the relationship between the organizations.
The purpose of this visit was to discuss strategies for supporting airport-related operations and to demonstrate Pattaya Airways’ readiness to collaborate with the Department of Airports in developing and enhancing aviation services to meet the highest standards.

On January 17, 2025, the Ground Operations and Commercial Division of Pattaya Airways Co., Ltd. held a meeting with National Energy Puma Aviation Services (NEPAS), a leading provider of aviation fuel and energy services in Myanmar, to discuss collaboration on aviation fuel services at Yangon International Airport.
The meeting aimed to negotiate and outline strategies for developing a strong partnership between the two companies. Discussions included planning efficient aviation fuel services to meet the growing demands of the aviation industry, as well as addressing safety protocols, service standards, and operational procedures to ensure seamless service delivery.

December 5, 2024, Pattaya Airways Co., Ltd. successfully conducted its inaugural flight on the Bangkok-Phnom Penh route (VV922/923). The operation proceeded seamlessly as planned, with outbound flight VV922 departing from Suvarnabhumi Airport and arriving at Phnom Penh International Airport on schedule. Likewise, the return flight VV923 was executed smoothly without any issues.
The launch of this route represents a significant milestone in the company’s efforts to expand its air cargo network and enhance its international freight capabilities. It highlights Pattaya Airways’ commitment to punctuality, safety, and delivering high-quality services to meet customer needs.

The Engineering Department of Pattaya Airways Co., Ltd. participated in the PW100 Customer Day seminar at the Hilton Bangkok Grande Asoke.
On November 19-20, 2024, the Engineering Department of Pattaya Airways Co., Ltd. participated in the PW100 Customer Day seminar at the Hilton Bangkok Grande Asoke. The seminar brought together operators, maintenance providers, and industry experts to share knowledge and discuss advancements in engine technology. (PTW) signed a Memorandum of Understanding (MOU) with the International Transport and Business School (ITBS) to establish academic collaboration and training programs for logistics and air transport personnel. This partnership aims to elevate the quality of the workforce and enhance the competitiveness of Thailand’s transport industry to meet international standards.
The agreement includes plans to develop specialized training programs to enhance skills and knowledge in logistics, cargo transport, and ground operations for PTW’s personnel and industry professionals.
